Maintenance
NETA MTS/ATS maintenance programs: apparatus, transformers, relays, thermography, under LOTO.
Core service
Electrical maintenance is not a cost: it is insurance against unplanned outages. FORWA runs recurring maintenance and testing programs across generation and distribution fleets, to NETA Maintenance (MTS) and Acceptance (ATS) specifications and IEEE recommended practices.
The work covers apparatus and transformer maintenance testing, including insulating oil analysis (dielectric breakdown ASTM D877 and D1816, water content D1533, dissolved gas analysis, acid number, interfacial tension), breaker reconditioning (mechanical inspection, contact resistance, vacuum integrity, timing, Hi-Pot, functional tests), protection relay testing, and infrared thermography under load.
Everything is done under strict isolation and lockout-tagout procedures.
